Hourly classes at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 pm
Advanced: 7:30 pm
8 am – Black Belt & Adults
9 am – Advanced Belts
10 am – Advanced Self-Defense
11 am – All Levels
12 pm – Sparring
3rd Saturday of each month at 12 pm and the following Monday at 6 pm
