At Apex we pride ourselves on a family atmosphere. All belt levels train together — so whether you're just starting or practicing advanced techniques, everyone lines up by rank and trains as one community.

For red belts and above. Advanced training focuses on building on early skills with more complex techniques. Higher-ranked students support lower-ranked classmates while deepening their own practice.

Self-defense training is part of every belt level. Sparring involves protective gear and teaches students proper striking technique, how to improvise under pressure, and emotional control. Real-world application of TKD skills.

Belt tests are held on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 12:00 pm, and the following Monday at 6:00 pm.
If you are eligible to test, you must register by the Saturday before the current month's belt test. Ask your instructor if you are eligible.
